    The CR series bentonite mixing and granulation machine is the culmination of CO-NELE’s core technology, designed to address the pain points of uneven mixing, high energy consumption, and cumbersome processes in traditional production methods. The equipment adopts a unique inclined cylinder design, combined with a high-speed eccentric rotor, driving the material to generate strong reverse shearing and three-dimensional composite motion within the cylinder. This motion ensures that the material participates in mixing and granulation without dead ends, achieving molecular-level uniform dispersion even for trace additives, with a mixing uniformity of up to 100%.

    The core advantage of the equipment lies in its powerful functional integration and flexible intelligent control. It integrates traditional mixing, stirring, and granulation processes into a single enclosed device, significantly shortening the production cycle, reducing equipment investment and space requirements, and effectively reducing material loss and contamination during transfer.     Working Principle The system utilizes a combination of a tilted cylinder and a high-speed eccentric rotor for dual-power drive. The materials inside the cylinder undergo a complex three-dimensional turbulent motion involving scattering, convection, diffusion, and shearing, resulting in efficient and uniform mixing and dense granulation.
    PLC intelligent control system The PLC intelligent control system supports variable frequency speed control, real-time parameter monitoring, process recipe storage, and online dynamic adjustment, allowing for changes in particle size and strength without stopping the machine.
    Granulation time Efficient and fast, each batch of granulation only takes 1-4 minutes, improving efficiency by 4-5 times compared to traditional processes.
