Working Principle of Planetary Mixer for Refractory
The core working principle of the refractory planetary mixer is based on the compound motion of “revolution + rotation”. The mixing system is composed of a mixing tank, mixing arms, mixing blades and a scraper device. When the equipment is working, the motor drives the planetary reducer to operate, and the mixing arms rotate around the central axis of the mixing tank (revolution) at a constant speed, while the mixing blades on the mixing arms rotate at high speed (rotation) to form a three-dimensional mixing track. This compound motion generates strong shearing, extrusion and stirring forces, which can quickly break up the agglomerated refractory raw materials and make all components fully contact and fuse.
