1
Material Storage & Quantitative Batching
Sand, stone, gravel and other aggregates are stored in independent aggregate bins, while cement, fly ash and other powder materials are stored in matched cement silos. The high-precision load-cell weighing system receives instructions from the PLC control cabinet, and automatically performs quantitative batching according to the preset concrete mix proportion. The system supports accurate weighing of aggregates, powders, water and admixtures respectively, with minimal proportion error to ensure concrete quality compliance. Unlike traditional equipment that requires foundation fixation to avoid weighing deviation, the integrated steel base of our foundationless plant ensures overall equipment stability during weighing, effectively preventing data offset caused by equipment vibration.
2
Automatic Material Feeding & Conveying
After batching is completed, the aggregate discharge door is automatically opened, and qualified aggregates fall onto the belt conveyor. The conveyor system stably transports the aggregates to the mixing host. Powder materials are delivered to the mixing chamber through sealed screw conveyors, and water and chemical admixtures are pumped into the mixer through professional pipeline systems. The fully sealed feeding and conveying design avoids material leakage and dust pollution, ensuring on-site environmental compliance and material utilization rate.
3
Full-Automatic Stirring & Homogenization
Adopting a high-efficiency twin-shaft compulsory mixer, the equipment performs forced, three-dimensional stirring of all raw materials entering the mixing chamber. The professional blade structure ensures rapid fusion and uniform mixing of aggregates, powder, water and admixtures, eliminating dead mixing angles. Relying on the integral skid steel frame, the mixing host maintains stable operation during high-speed stirring, effectively offsetting the vibration generated by stirring. No fixed foundation restraint is needed, and the mixing uniformity and stirring efficiency are completely consistent with traditional foundation-type batching plants.
4
Finished Concrete Discharging
After reaching the set stirring time and uniform concrete quality, the PLC system automatically opens the discharging door of the mixer. The finished qualified ready-mix concrete is directly discharged into concrete transport vehicles or on-site storage bins to complete continuous discharging operation. The discharging speed is stable and controllable, which can perfectly match the progress of on-site construction projects.
5
Intelligent Circulation & Program Operation
The whole production process is controlled by an intelligent PLC system with manual and automatic dual modes. After one set of batching and mixing is completed, the system automatically resets parameters and enters the next production cycle, realizing uninterrupted batch production. Operators can adjust the mixing ratio, production speed and single-batch output in real time through the operating panel, with simple operation and strong controllability.
6
Self-Stabilizing Working Mechanism
The core working advantage of the foundationless concrete batch plant lies in its self-developed integral heavy-duty steel skid base. The overall structural gravity of the equipment and the friction between the steel base and the compacted ground form a stable bearing system, which can resist the vibration displacement generated by long-term stirring and feeding. The integrated overall structure avoids the loose and offset problems of split equipment, realizing stable operation without reinforced concrete foundation, which is the fundamental reason why it can realize rapid installation and free relocation while maintaining high-precision production.
