Working Principle of Counter‑Current Planetary Mixing

Different from conventional single‑direction planetary mixers, our planetary countercurrent concrete mixer adopts a counter‑current gearing system. Each mixing star carries out compound movement: revolving around the central main shaft while rotating on its own axis in the opposite direction of revolution.

The reverse rotation generates strong convective‑shear turbulence inside the pan.
