50m³/h Compact Concrete Batching Plant

The 50m³/h compact concrete batching plant (HZS50) is a modular, integrated, space-saving automatic concrete mixing system independently designed and manufactured by CO-NELE. It is one of the most cost-effective small concrete batching plants for medium and small construction projects. This compact concrete plant delivers a theoretical productivity of 50 cubic meters per hour and a practical stable output of 40-45m³/h, perfectly matching project demands with limited construction area and moderate concrete consumption.

Different from traditional belt conveyor type concrete mixing stations, the HZS50 compact concrete batching plant adopts a skip hoist feeding structure, which eliminates the need for long-distance belt conveying systems. It achieves ultra-small floor space, fast on-site installation, convenient disassembly and transportation, and lower overall project investment. This small concrete batching plant can produce ordinary ready-mix concrete, semi-dry concrete, rigid concrete, and road-specific concrete, widely used in municipal construction, rural road renovation, small bridge engineering, water conservancy projects, precast component production, and temporary site concrete supply.
