Patented Planetary Mixing Technology for 360° No-Dead-Zone Mixing

The CMP750 planetary concrete mixer adopts a unique countercurrent planetary motion principle, where the mixing arms rotate on their own axis (rotation) while revolving around the central axis of the mixing drum (revolution). This dual-motion design creates a complex and turbulent material movement trajectory, ensuring that every particle of material is fully sheared, kneaded, and mixed. Unlike traditional mixers, the CMP750 planetary concrete mixer eliminates mixing dead zones completely, achieving 100% uniform mixing and effectively preventing aggregate segregation, which is crucial for producing high-performance concrete (HPC) and ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC).

Durable & Wear-Resistant Structural Design

Equipped with patented parallelogram mixing blades made of high-hardness wear-resistant material, the CMP750 planetary concrete mixer blades can be flipped 180° for reuse, significantly extending their service life and reducing maintenance costs. The mixing drum is lined with interchangeable wear-resistant panels, while the fixed side scrapers and bottom discharge scrapers effectively prevent material adhesion to the drum wall and ensure complete discharging without residue, further enhancing mixing efficiency and equipment durability.

Flexible Configuration & Easy Operation

The CMP750 planetary concrete mixer offers flexible customization options to meet diverse customer needs. It supports up to 3 types of discharging door configurations, with optional pneumatic, hydraulic, or manual control modes, featuring excellent sealing performance to prevent material leakage during operation. The mixer is equipped with a high-sensitivity safety switch on the maintenance door and an observation port, allowing operators to monitor the mixing process without shutting down the machine and ensuring safe and convenient maintenance work. Additionally, the integrated automatic control system simplifies operation, reducing labor intensity and human error.

Energy-Saving & High-Efficiency Performance

With a rated mixing power of 30kW, the CMP750 planetary concrete mixer balances powerful performance and energy efficiency. It significantly shortens mixing time while ensuring high mixing uniformity, achieving a production efficiency that meets large-scale construction needs. The mixer’s specially designed hard surface gearbox (with independent intellectual property rights) and optional fluid clutch ensure smooth startup even under full load, reducing mechanical wear and extending the service life of the entire machine.

1.mixing device

Mixing blades are designed in parallelogram structure(patented), which can be turned 180°for reuse to increase service life. Specialized discharge scraper has been designed according to discharge speed in order to increase productivity.

2. Gearing system

Driving system consists of motor and hardened surface gear which is specialized designed by CO-NELE (patented)

The improved model has lower noise, longer torque and more durable.

Even in strict production conditions, the gearbox can distribute power effectively and evenly to each mix end device

ensuring normal operation, high stability and low maintenance.

3. Discharging device

the discharging door can be opened by hydraulic,pneumatic or by hands.The number of the discharging door is three at most.

4.The hydraulic power unit

A special designed hydraulic power unit is used to provide power for more than one discharging gates.

5.Water spray pipe

The spraying water cloud can cover more area and also make the mixing more homogeneous.
