Core Advantages of CMP250 Planetary Concrete Mixer
1. Uniform Mixing, No Dead Ends
The CMP250 adopts a professional planetary fly-cutter mixing device, where the mixing arms perform both self-rotation and revolution, forming a complex and intensive planetary motion trajectory. This compound motion drives all materials to undergo cyclic and convective movement, ensuring that cement, aggregate, water, and additives are fully mixed in a short time, achieving both macro and micro uniformity. The mixing blade is designed with a patented parallelogram structure, which can be flipped 180° for reuse, extending the service life while enhancing mixing uniformity. There is no dead angle in the mixing drum, effectively avoiding the problem of uneven mixing of traditional mixers and ensuring the stability of concrete strength.
2. High Efficiency & Low Energy Consumption
With a rated mixing power of 11kW, the CMP250 has strong mixing capacity while achieving excellent energy-saving effects. Under the same material ratio and feeding time, its mixing time is shortened by 15-20% compared with traditional mixers; under the same no-load and load conditions, the mixing current is 15-20% lower than that of traditional twin-shaft mixers, significantly reducing energy consumption and production costs for users. The machine has a feeding capacity of 375L and a discharging capacity of 250L, with a discharging mass of 600kg, which can efficiently complete the mixing task and improve the overall construction progress.
3. Flexible Discharging & Wide Adaptability
The CMP250 supports multiple discharging methods, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and manual discharging, which can be selected according to user needs; the maximum number of discharging doors can reach 3, and the discharging door is equipped with a special sealing device to ensure reliable sealing and avoid material leakage during discharging. The overhead water and additive adding device has a large coverage area, making the materials mixed more uniformly and adapting to the mixing needs of different types of concrete and special materials. It is widely used in precast concrete, high-performance concrete, refractory materials, ceramics, and other industries, and can also be matched with automatic production lines to achieve continuous and efficient production.
