Product Introduction

CO-NELE mixer is designed compactly overall. All parts are installed in the mixing drum with small space occupation, making it easy to install and update the whole machine.

CO-NELE TWIN-SHAFT MIXER ADVANTAGES

	Shaft sealingDouble-layer sealing structure which consists of the floating oil seal ring, special sealing parts and mechanical seal is used. 	Shaft bearingCO-NELE shaft bearing is separated from the shaft sealing. When the shaft sealing is damaged, it will not influence the normal working of the bearings. In addition, the design facilitates the dismantling and replacement of shaft sealing.
	Belt self-tensioning drive device Belt self-tensioning drive device is installed in the drive device, which may maintain the stable output efficiency of the equipment for long time and avoid abnormal wear and tear of belt and reduce labor intensity of maintenance personnel.
	Discharging deviceThe unloading door adopts eccentric design, double-layer sealing structure, reliable seal and less wear. In addition, the door body is equipped with a block plate, which can reduce the occurrence of material accumulation.
Mixing device
