Recently, Qingdao CO-NELE Machinery Co., Ltd. (CO-NELE) successfully completed an adsorbent granulation experiment (using adsorbent granulator technology) for a U.S. customer using its independently developed CEL1 small granulator, an advanced intensive mixer that functions as a high-efficiency mixer granulator. All experimental indicators exceeded the customer’s expectations, fully demonstrating CO-NELE’s technical strength and scientific research service capabilities in the field of granulator machine and mixing and granulation equipment, and also providing a new solution for the efficient and refined development of the adsorbent granulation field and powder granulation technology.

Precisely Matching Requirements: CEL1 Small Granulator (Laboratory Granulator) as the Main Force of the Experiment
This commissioned experiment was initiated by a U.S. customer, with the core requirement of completing adsorbent granulation using a small granulator (laboratory granulator), a professional adsorbent granulator and powder granulator. It required the particle size of the formed balls to be accurately controlled within 1-2mm, the ball formation rate to reach a high standard, and at the same time, the granulation efficiency of the mixer granulator to be taken into account, so as to provide data support and technical reference for subsequent industrial production using industrial granulator. Combining with the customer’s needs, CO-NELE selected the 1-liter CEL1 small granulator (laboratory granulator), an advanced intensive mixer granulator, as the experimental equipment. This granulator machine adopts core technology introduced from Germany and integrates CO-NELE’s independently developed mixing and granulation process, which can realize one-stop processing from powder materials to finished particles (ideal for powder granulator), and is especially suitable for the granulation of adsorbents that have high requirements on particle uniformity and stability
