CO-NELE has recently signed a supporting supply agreement for major infrastructure projects in Turkey. Under this deal, the company will deliver a complete set of HZS120 large standard concrete batching plant and HZS90 medium-sized concrete batching plant. The full unit is scheduled for full truck shipment and on-site installation, commissioning in late July 2026. The coordinated operation of the two batching plants will deliver a stable supply of commercial concrete for key 2026 construction projects across Turkey.
Turkey is pushing forward a multi-billion-dollar infrastructure investment package in 2026, covering economic zone renewal, highway renovation, pipeline supporting facilities, industrial park plant construction, civil engineering and numerous new and ongoing projects. Annual fixed-asset investment keeps rising, driving surging market demand for high-quality, high-capacity concrete production lines.
Taking construction schedules and daily concrete pouring volume requirements into account, the purchaser adopted a combined layout of one large plant plus one medium plant:
Theoretical hourly output of 120 cubic meters of concrete, ideal for continuous mass pouring of large-volume and high-strength engineering works.
Theoretical hourly output of 90 cubic meters, flexibly supplying materials for medium and small construction sections and scattered job sites.
The matching layout of large and small plants ensures sufficient material supply during peak construction hours, enables staggered maintenance to cut no-load energy consumption, and perfectly accommodates simultaneous multi-section construction operations on Turkish construction sites.
The two batching plants bound for Turkey are mature flagship models of CO-NELE, balancing high productivity, precise measurement, eco-friendliness and rapid installation efficiency:
1. High-Efficiency and Reliable Mixing Host
The HZS120 is equipped with a JS2000 twin-shaft compulsory mixer (2-cubic-meter capacity), while the HZS90 is fitted with a JS1500 twin-shaft compulsory mixer (1.5-cubic-meter capacity). The forced mixing delivers superior homogeneity, capable of producing full-grade commercial concrete from C10 to C80, pump concrete and stiff engineering concrete. It features short cyclic feeding cycles and low failure rates during continuous round-the-clock operation.
2. High-Precision Metering & Control System
Independent weighing systems are configured for aggregates, cement, fly ash, water and chemical admixtures, with measurement accuracy reaching ±1% for powder materials and ±2% for aggregates. Intelligent drop compensation and automatic overweight/underweight alarm functions are integrated.
The fully automatic industrial control system supports mix proportion storage, cloud data archiving and remote real-time monitoring, boasting user-friendly operation.
3. Modular Design for Rapid On-Site Assembly
The whole plant adopts factory prefabricated modular structure. Frames, aggregate bins, powder silos and belt conveyors are disassembled for segmented transportation and bolted assembly on site. Compared with conventional traditional batching plants, the installation cycle is shortened by 30%, well fitting the outdoor construction window in Turkey in July. Standard configurations include fully enclosed dust removal and wastewater recycling systems to meet strict dust emission and environmental protection regulations in Turkey.
4. All-Weather Adaptability to Diverse Turkish Terrain & Climate
Optimized electric waterproofing, conveyor belt rain shields and host sealing structures are customized for Turkey’s variable climate ranging from coastal humid zones to inland arid highlands. Stable operation is guaranteed within a wide temperature range from -10℃ to 40℃, resisting scorching summers, cool rainy seasons and inland temperature fluctuations across regional construction zones.
CO-NELE’s manufacturing workshop has launched welding, painting and pre-electrical assembly of complete components, with full machine trial run and inspection to be completed in early July.
Batch full-container shipments will be delivered to the Turkish construction site in late July for unloading and positioning after customs clearance.
CO-NELE will dispatch senior installation engineers, electricians and mechanical teams to provide on-site full-service, covering hoisting, assembly, pipeline connection, no-load and material-loaded trial operation, as well as pre-job training for local on-site operators.
A rapid spare parts response channel will be set up for local Turkish project support. Free on-site inspection and maintenance are provided within the warranty period, with ultra-fast delivery of consumables and spare parts for post-warranty service.
The project procurement director commented that after comparison among multiple concrete batching plant manufacturers, CO-NELE HZS90 and HZS120 batching plants stand out for outstanding cost performance, eco-friendly configurations and fast delivery lead time. The combined dual-plant capacity can fully cover the annual concrete consumption of the whole project, and the team looks forward to smooth commissioning in July to accelerate local infrastructure progress.
CO-NELE specializes in R&D and manufacturing of concrete mixing equipment. The HZS90 and HZS120 batching plants serve as benchmark models for national infrastructure, commercial concrete stations, road & bridge and water conservancy projects worldwide. Its business footprint covers East Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Middle East and Europe, with multiple operational units successfully launched in Turkey and neighboring regional markets.
Moving forward, CO-NELE will further deepen its presence in Turkish and surrounding Eurasian markets, upgrade eco-friendly intelligent concrete batching plant products, and empower high-quality development of Turkey’s national infrastructure and cross-border transportation projects via standardized equipment plus localized dedicated overseas services.
Equipment manufacturing is progressing steadily. CO-NELE will keep updating construction and commissioning progress upon the launch of on-site installation at the Turkish project site in late July.
